Abstract

Today, Chaim Cohen is cooking with his guest, the Israeli Theatre Diva Lia Kenig. They are cooking personal pastry of zucchini and bechamel sauce, ravioli with ricotta cheese and pumpkin. A visit to the "Beer Fountain", a restaurant in Haifa. Reuven Meir, the owner, tells Hila Alpert about his "butcher restaurant" place, where you can get all sorts of beers and meat. He is preparing Patrechian sausages, smoked veal, stuffed duck, smoked pastrama, pickled watermelon in salt, vinegar and garlic, beef fiilet in vegetable stock and various nuts for desert. Special place indeed !!!
