Abstract

Today, Chaim Cohen is cooking with the famous baker from Jaffa, Hamis Abulafia. They are preparing lemonade with basil, tomatoe tart with labane, baked eggplant with barabunia fishes and tahina, pitta with zaatar (satujera). They also cook falafel with fish, kadaif filled with foie gras. Then, Chaim Cohen visits two bakers in Tel Aviv. Marinalen, the French baker, and Erez Komorovski, are baking healthy breads made with whole wheat.
