Abstract

The sea is one of the few areas where man has yet to live an adventure. The development of scuba diving has led to a rush towards the silent world where coral gatherers, fishermen and wreck recyclers work in secret. The traditional fishermen do not look favorably at this competition, as they were the only ones, since Colbert, who had the privilege to exploit the sea. Report on these new pirates; interviews with a coastal responsible, a traditional fisherman and a few divers, including a coral gatherer; interview with Jacques Yves Cousteau on the responsibilities of each.
