Abstract

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Mr. Michel Pezet, Chairman of Regional Council of Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur and Mr. Rabah Dekihli, Governor and Chairman of the Bizerte region, to establish cultural and economic exchanges between Provence and Tunisia, especially between the ports of Bizerte and Marseille. Statements of Mr. Pezet and Mr. Dekhili, about the importance of an agreement that will strengthen the natural ties between two countries of Mediterranean culture and trade between the two very close ports.
