Abstract

In December 1995, the Euro-Mediterranean Conference of Barcelona opened the way to the free movement of goods between North and South. Students should have diplomas equivalences in all European and Mediterranean countries. It is also necessary that Europe opens its borders to immigration. The Med-Campus program was established to meet the needs of Southern countries of the Mediterranean and facilitate the process.
