Abstract

Jordan has joined the countries suffering from the environmental pollution due to gas emissions, global warming and the pollution of ground water and rivers. This brought about the idea of producing biogas from solid wastes. This gas is environment friendly and could be a substitute for oil. The program shows a rubbish heap and how rivers are polluted by rubbish as well as the negative effects of factories on the environment.
