Abstract

Rocha ABIDAT is a rural girl who lives in a village called Kafr Soum , near Irbid. She is a member in the handball club’s village. From this program we’ll learn about the perception of a rural, conservative society about the establishment of a sports club for girls. Presentation of handball matches, the arrival of the players, the attention of the parents towards their daughters, the importance given to sport although these girls have to do other duties at home, to help mothers and study. Footage of Rosha with her team playing basket-ball.
