Abstract

Despite the rude climate in the desert, there are property owners who have changed this desert and transformed it into a paradise, from the dry sand we get a fertile agricultural environment which produces various kinds of vegetables and fruit, using all modern techniques of irrigation.This has contributed to the stability of the desert inhabitants and the increase of the number of workers in the neighboring regions. Farmers use all the methods and modern equipment used in the United States to irrigate the land. This desert, very hot in summer and very cold in winter produces potatoes, onions, apples and other fruit.
