Abstract

Textile and wool industries are among the important industries which support the national economy and limit unemployment by providing job opportunities . In 1961, many textile and wool factories were built, such as the one for manufacturing rugs, blankets and other fabrics made of synthetic yam. The program presents the different steps through which the threads go, and displays the various manufactured products. These local products are of the same quality as the foreign ones and within every body's reach. The exceeding production is exported to Arab and foreign markets, this includes fabrics used in producing sofas and curtains.
