Abstract

The University of Jordan is among the scientific institutions that play a major role in Jordan. This was the first university to issue licenses and other scientific degrees . The students come from villages, cities and from Arab and foreign countries. The University is open to scientific research and twinning with other Universities to exchange experiences as well as innovative programs for distance learning in addition to teaching Arabic as a foreign language. We discover the departments and faculties created at the time of its foundation and the great development that the university has made ​​over the last fifty years, as the opening of the School of Advanced Studies and the Faculty of languages​​. The university maintains close relations with the hospital through the Medical School .
