Social program including the following parts: 1- Among the cakes of Ramadhan is “Al Kalladj”, a cake inherited from the ottaman period. cooked in an oven to which is added sugar; this cake is frequently consumed in Ramadhan, it was brought from Nablus to Amman. The Jordanian poet Arar wrote some poems about this cake (Al Kalladj). 2- In this part the Circassian clothes are introduced, these clothes were transmitted from the Circassian families and preserved until today. The Circassian art of cooking is also introduced such as the cakes mainly “El Halfa” cakes. 3- “Al Kanafa” is one of the cakes Jordan and Palestine are famous for. It is made of cheese and special products mixed in a way to make the dough and cheese homogenous, a visit of a shop where “Al Kanafa” is made, it has been opened since the fifties after being transferred from Palestine.Type
