A documentary talking about Jordan through its history, its geography and also its climate which is mild in summer and cold in winter. In the Jordan valley, there are farms that provide Jordan with all the needed vegetables and fruit, as Jordan land has been considered to be fertile since ancient times, according to the marks found in the mosaics in Mabada, and also the water tanks and reservoirs of grain in the city of Petra. In the Roman period, in Jerash and the plains of Horam, despite the limited arable land, interest in agriculture was great, this sector is flourishing both along the Jordan River and in the abyssal of Shifa. The sowing and harvesting seasons are distributed on the regions according to their climate; as a result the production of vegetables and fruit doesn’t stop all around the year. The sector is developing as modern technology was introduced and more land was fertilized.Type
