Abstract

The episode highlights the role played by the Ministry of Education to habilitate and train young men and women to work and volunteer, to serve the community. This takes place the summer holidays, in El Hussein camps where secondary school pupils are trained to keep fit and strong, sew, build ... It is an opportunity for pupils from different areas to know each other. The practical aim in Mahis, for example, is the construction of walls for playgrounds. In addition to the mental preparation, pupils are prepared physically to engage in community service, and trained for several jobs. As to girls, they are trained in printing, sewing, designing and first aids .
