Abstract

This episode from customs and traditions talks about the circumcision ceremony (circumcision of boys). This tradition has become to disappear in the Jordanian society. When the ceremony is organized, there are songs and dances special for the occasion. There is also a statute to decorate the house to announce a circumcision or a wedding ceremony, peole then come to congratulate the family and attend the festivities.
