Abstract

The film is about the Israeli checkpoints and the Palestinians sufferings. Part one is entitled " Towards school”: students have difficulties to have access to school because of the occupation's barriers . This tarnishes the image of childhood . Part two “Towards University”: is about students' sufferings and shows some of them who died as martyrs at the checkpoints. Part three “ Towards the field”: Soldiers' attempt to dispossess Palestinians of their land, and the destruction of their olive trees. Part four “Back home”: describes the suffering of Um Ammar whose house was separated from the village by the wall , she ended up as if she were in prison .
