Abstract

The episode deals with the casbah theatre and cinema. The theatre and the cinema were founded to disseminate knowledge and cultural awareness among the Palestinian people. The theatre presents plays on live, in addition to the movies which are shown permanently. The Casbah theatre focuses on themes which concern women and children 's education. Among the theatre’s activities there are: - The El Manara days and the festival of the cinema in the Casbah. In the theatre, the shows are diversified, some are Arabs others Europeans or Americans.
