Abstract

The programme presents the palestinian village of Sabsatya, West of Nablus. - Its history dating back to over 3000 years B.C. - The communities that lived in the city from the Canaanite period to the Jewish settlement under the leadership of Omri in 885 B.C. - The meaning of the name Sabsatya ( the master). - The main vestiges of the village: the altar frame, the statue of the God, the Roman amphitheatre and columns.
