Abstract

The film introduces the public safety commission that protects the citizen from rotten food. - A report on the case of fish on which were found several production / expiry dates. The report shows the contradictory points of view on theis issue. Abdelfettah Hamail, Governor of Bethlehem, talks about a seizure of quantities of fish beyond the expiry date. The official from the Ministry of economy criticizes this practice. A merchant speaks about his right to recover his products and sell them. Who will bear the responsability of marketing these goods, the national economy, the health authority or the merchant ?
