Abstract

Documentary about the Stelvio National park, situated on the North-West side of the Trento province. Views of valleys, mountains, rivers, glaciers. Shots of wild animals such as flying vultures, recently reintroduced in the park. People are working at a venetian water carpentry. Shots of a breeder in a old farm (“maso”). Interview with the park chief Arturo Osio about the richness of the plant life and the wild life and about the activities and projects of development and safeguard of the park.
