Abstract

Documentary on the Sinis peninsula, located on the western coast of Sardinia in the Gulf of Oristano. Comments on the geological, natural environments and wildlife. Discovery of the village of Cabras and the archaeological site of Tharros, founded in the ninth century BC by the Phoenicians . Salvatore Natale, a researcher at the IMC Onlus Foundation reports the results of studies of currents and waves in the peninsula. Giovanni De Falco, a researcher at the CNR IAMC, discusses his study on the volume control on sandy beaches .
