Abstract

We discover the making of italian cheese in Egypt. Alessandro Mischiatti is interviewed and tells his experience. He is the owner of a manufacturing and marketing farm of typical italian cheeses from buffalo’s milk. External and internal views of Cairo university. Pictures of laboratory and equipment for cheese and yogurt production. Pictures of buffalo breeding. A calf is fed artificially by a mechanical milking. We discover milk processing, cheese and yogurt production line in a dairy.
