Abstract

Isoardi invites us to discover the specialities of the Monferrato region. The area produces hazelnuts. Farmers and experts explain the characteristics of the fruit and how it is cultivated, benefiting from the ideal climate of the region. They present hazel trees, processing of hazelnuts and natural derived products. In a chocolate factory, Elisa Isoardi investigates on the junction between hazelnuts and chocolate. Milk is obviously required, and we make a visit to cows in a farm. The video shows panoramic views on the region.
