Abstract

Federico Quaranta and Nicola Prudente take us to discover the city of Placentia and its surrounding area. City of art where the "dolce vita" is manifested in many ways,especially by its rich culinary tradition. Although Plaisance, is situated in Emilia-Romagna, it is influenced economically by Milan which is very close to it . Panoramic views of Plaisance ;streets, squares and palaces. Exterior and interior of the Palazzo Farnese (sixteenth century), built as a symbol of the power of this great family of the region. Details of the archaeological discovery called "Etruscan liver". Exterior and interior of the Sanctuary of Santa Maria di Campagna (sixteenth century), and visit of the villa of the musician Giuseppe Verdi (1813-1901) at Villanova sull'Arda.
