Abstract

Documentary about the fossils of the Cretaceous (110 to 105 million years) found in the mountains of Matese, on the border between Campania and Molise in the paleontology park of Cavere, and in Pietraroja. It also refers to the discovery of fossilized dinosaur Samniticus Scipionyx, the only one which was preserved in Italy with a perfect fossilization of the organs.
