Abstract

The documentary "The water of Rieti " presents the city of Rieti and its surrounding areas and underlines the important presence of water in the region. The video shows panoramic views of Mount Terminillo, views of woods, streets and squares of Rieti. Interview with the zoologist Palozzi on the quality and the quantity of water in the territory. Shots of ducks, geese, herons and swans. Panoramic views of the area around the Piana di San Vittorino, of the lake sulfurous and of the church. Views of the source of the river Santa Susanna where lives the spinarello fish. Views of the Marmore Waterfalls and underwater shots of the river Velino seabed. Photographs of flooding in some areas around Rieti.
