Abstract

The culture of the pine : the programm presents the experimentations of sustainable agriculture in the Turkish region of Kozak, near Izmir. Thanks to the technology and with the help of the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Bari, farmers cultivate pine nuts and Kozac' grapes Menderes.
