Abstract

The "art of Su Casu" is a tradition of Sardinian cheese. The programm focuses on the work of two sisters who prepare artistic cheese according to the tradition. The report "Campaigns in the world" covers the meeting held in Turin, "Terra Madre", that aims to promote the meeting between people and professionals for traditionnal and ecologic farming. It underlines the role of young generation for the development of such a farming. The report "wine an youth" sheds light on a campaign aimed at promoting and sensitizing the young generation to the conscious consumption of wine. The report "Quality distilled" focuses on the production of fruit brandy, an alcoholic beverage typical of the northern Italy.
