Abstract

Unomattina provides historical informations about the attempted coup organized on the night of December 7, 1970, a subversive plan that tried to strike the Republic. The plan was prepared and leaded by Junio Valerio Borghese and extra-parliamentary right, the "Fronte Nazionale". Italian people discovered three months later in newspapers the preparation of the coup. Police investigated and the long processes ended in 1986 with the acquittal of all the defendants.
