Abstract

Amouddou tells the story of Mohamed El Habbazi, a resident of the village of Alma, in the province of Chichaoua , his name entered history when it was given to an animal species whose fossilized remains were discovered in the village. Mohamel El Habbazi has been recognized in the discovery of this ancient reptile. .Morocco is rich in fossils and sediments dating back millions of years. These traces of the past, these geological "archives" , allow paleontologists to reconstruct the events preceding the appearance of man on earth. But are we sufficiently aware of the richness that these fossils are in our soil and the need to protect and preserve them?
