- A summit of Euro-Moroccan entrepreneurship was held to draw links of interaction between Morocco and the European Union,

- a proof of the raising of new dynamics that contribute to strengthen abilities in the economical,

- technical and technological fields. A vision that is based on the advanced status

- that elevated Morocco at the avant garde of the countries of the south of the Mediterranean.

- We remark upon, with satisfaction, on part of the Kingdom of Morocco, significant progress in the building of the links of this partnership we want to be ambitious.

- This will also be an opportunity for political dialogue with the European Union about all the issues linked to bilateral relationships

- and local issues, including the national issue

- and that of the Middle East. Also, the situation of the union of the Great Maghreb and the Mediterranean.

- This will be an opportunity to assert this partnership and to guide it towards coming horizons, more ambitious ones as regards the Kingdom of Morocco.

- The first summit that is being held between Morocco and the European Union is a major step to assert the advanced status.

- We want to harvest its benefits at every level,

- I think that this will be a major element in the Euro-Moroccan relationships.

- Files that raise the interest of the decision-makers from economy in Morocco and Europe

- were raised during a debate in order to come out with a working program that can push the development of relationships between both parts,

- and to force them to diversify their domains of cooperation.

- So, the projects that the European Union does not intend to launch and the perspectives of Moroccan market were debated upon,

- along with the opportunities brought about by the facilities.

- The efforts provided by Morocco to adapt more its legislation to the European norms were also underlined.

- This economic summit that is held on the eve of the official summit

- will set the field for Moroccan and European actors from the 27 countries that are members of the European Union,

- to exchange upon experiences and to develop partnerships over different horizons.

- To go to the activation step of this partnership, the means to relaunch the debate over the integration of other sectors

- were raised in the frame of the agreement of free trade between the European Union and Morocco in order to go to the next steps.

- A call was also launched in order to establish a pragmatic approach of interaction with the character of the stakes raised and the challenges of the world economic situation.

- What we are expecting from this summit is to take advantage from the advanced status to diversify the partnerships between Morocco and foreign investors.

- It is clear that economical links are strong, but I also think that there are more opportunities lying in front of both parts for them to enlarge their partnership,

- in particular thanks to the advanced status of Morocco.

- The European Union is considered to be the first customer and investor of the Kingdom,

- with over 80% of the amount of foreign investments that flowed in Morocco during the past decade.

- The links are now strengthening through the setting up of lines of a frame for the future that could enlarge the circle of the partnership.

- This is a major summit, the first summit of this type to be held in the frame of the advanced status with Europe.

- In the frame of this status, I think that this summit will reach positive results.

- Conclusions and recommendations of this economical meeting of high level

- will be held out at the economical summit that will be held tomorrow.
