- The issues that were raised in this forum certainly open a new path for thinking about the possibilities and opportunities for cooperation that are available.

- They also allow establishing a deep vision of the means and integration and cooperation opportunities

- for economic actors in all the active domains such as transportation,

- logistical and power services, in particular the field of renewable energies.

- On his side, Spanish Prime Minister,

- current president of European Union, praised the relations between Rabat and the countries of EU,

- highlighting that European investments in Morocco go over 1 billion euros per years,

- and called for the creation of a strong alliance between European Union and Morocco.

- We are here in the frame of experience, ideas and projects exchanges that will allow us to enlarge the inner European market in Morocco

- to the profit of entrepreneurship operations on the two banks of the Mediterranean. This encounter is a major event for the creation of a great alliance between Morocco and the European Union.

- It is important as it represents today’s situation of the relationships between Morocco and the countries of the European Union,

- some relationships that will allow us to use the opportunities of our geographical and administrative proximity

- in order to speed up our efforts, to enhance our qualifications and to reach our goals.

- Stopping on the accumulation made by the economic relationships and the exploration of those perspectives to come in order to reach the proximity politics.

- The bet turns, today, the advanced status into another source that prepares Morocco to win the bets of integration inside the European Area.

- The advanced status gives a major privilege to Morocco and its economy,

- but this privilege doesn’t allow us to benefit from it, unless integration were deep between Moroccan and European markets.

- In order to make this integration, there is a need for Moroccan products to submit to standards that are appropriate to European standards.

- This will certainly have a high cost for Moroccan farmers and entrepreneurs on the short run,

- but on the long run and at the level of the Mediterranean, it will give them a real privilege and competitivity

- that will allow them to export those products to Europe and other countries.

- To assert the desire to create a common economic area, to talk about the European Union’s

- financing means for the programs of strengthening of equipment in Morocco, along with the membership of the Kingdom to the programs of the European Union,

- are the more constructive elements that this summit added to the path of bilateral relationships and the making of other pillars for the advancing of those relationships.
