Abstract

The program covers the Royal message addressed to the seminar : "Mohamed V... Charles de Gaulle from an appeal to another", to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Charles de Gaulle's appeal to liberate France. The opening ceremony was marked by the presence of a delegation of French soldiers, and His Majesty's message read by Mr Mohamed Mouatassim, His Majesty's Advisor. The message included the history of the French and Moroccan relations and the position of late King Mohamed V for the liberation of France during World War II.
