Abstract

On the occasion of the International Day of Francophonie, this documentary pays tribute to the writer and politician, former Senegalese President Leopold Sédar Senghor, through archival images regarding the Moroccan-Senegalese relations, and present testimony from members of the Academy of the Kingdom of Morocco: Abdellatif Berbich, Allal Sinaceur, Abdelhadi Tazi and André Azoulay. Participation of Leopold Sédar Senghor in the work of the Academy as a member and the testimony of Ahmed Snoussi, Morocco's former representative to the UN and Assia Bensalah.
