Abstract

The episode deals with the immigration of Moroccan competencies to the West during the two last decades. The programme mentions some examples in Canada, The U.S, and a number of European countries. These countries encouraged the selective immigration by offering advantages to skilled immigrants to fill the gaps in different scientific fields. According to the latest report issued by the Arab League, Morocco comes second , after Algeria, in the Arab countries brain drain; it is followed by the Republic of Egypt and Lebanon.
