Abstract

Ain Ellouh is an area in the mountains of the Middle Atlas. It is known for the beauty of the landscapes, the cedar forets, water springs, the cultivation of fruit and sheep grazing. Every year, the tourist area of Ain Ellouh holds the festival of Ahidous to preserve this berber traditional folk art. Several folk bands from different berber tribes participated in this festival, during which two symbols of the Amazigh song, Yamna Outira and El Yousfi Benmouhi, were honored.
