The Burnous is a long cloak of coarse woollen fabric with a hood, worn by men .It is a shield from the icy cold and hot sun rays Testour's region is famous for this manufacture . Testour is a small town in north of Tunisia .It is perched on the hills of Medjerda valley . The region derives its fame from its Moorish Andalusian history , and the Roman village Tachila .
