Abstract

It's a documentary on the history of the presence of foreign food restaurants in Barcelona since the 18th century. Reference is made to the city’s first French and Italian restaurants. Throughout the video, we walk around Barcelona's streets and restaurants reflecting the different waves of migrations that the city knew.
