St. John’s Feast of Menorca is one of the oldest folkloric expressions in the Balearic Islands. It dates back to the 14th century and, unlike other celebrations, fire is not a part of the festivities and horses play an important role. We can follow the preparation of the horsemen like Juan Antonio Squella and other people are interviewed and explain the difficulty of this art. The spectators speak about their impression about the St John's festivities.Type
